10 years ago, Fœderis was in its infancy.

From day one, we engraved two values on the pediment of all our actions (two core values in our opinion).

The first is Passion. Passion is the one value that enables everyone to excel on a daily basis and makes the company a true place of fulfillment and happiness however little today's Cassandras are who only see suffering and sacrifice. It is the essential driver of achievement and collective success. One would only have to see what happened this summer in South Africa to consider our actions' outcome when other elements such as money or personal interests take precedence over Passion.

The certainty of our job makes it necessary to act professionally, and constantly be focused on the customer. This is the second value. We are confident that businesses will be, tomorrow even more than today, expecting more and more solutions that correspond exactly to their needs. Based on our industry expertise, our strategy will always be to work closely with our clients to provide the most suited solution, instead of general software solutions.

If the market, the only true judge in this matter, today was to give an overwhelming support to our Talent Management solution, it's mainly because we learned to listen to our customers and meet their expectations.

Today, with the launch of this website and through other major projects that will emerge in the coming months, we open a new page in our history. We will do our best to stay true to our values: work, humility and innovation.

Let's bet, if we succeed, that the next ten years will be tinged with the seal of success and development.
